I have officially stepped down from my mod position with the group Aiko&Hiro Addicts.  I have decided to do this after I have stopped using Aiko3 and completely switched over to using Genesis 2 Female instead.  I have greatly enjoyed using Aiko3 over the past 10 years or so but the technology in the figure is old and out dated.  For quite some time now I have been unhappy with the way A3's joints look unrealistic when bent and have wanted a more realistic looking figure.  I never took to V4 and her kin and Genesis1 only grew on me a little.  But with G2F I am finding what I want in the figure and love the ease if character mixing that was impossible with anything before Genesis tech.  I was never into A3 for doing anime even though her anime roots are what drew me to the figure to begin with.  While Genesis 1 is good I just find having a seperate female based dedicated to the ladies makes it far better for all things specific to the female form.  And there are technology improvements over G1 that make it better in my eyes.  I imagine I will use A3 again somewhere in the future as its a good figure but primarly from here on out its Genesis 2 Female for me.  I am personally glad to see that DAZ3D has finally made a 3D female figure that can take over for Aiko3.

Thank you.

I'm making a similar move too since I found that Genesis 2 Female uses less system resources than Aiko 3 as it loads in Daz Studio 4.6. I'm not a 3D professional, my computer is not that powerful. That keeps V4 out of my contents library even I paid to obtain it just few months before it became a free item.
I wonder if the group will treat Aiko 6 as Aiko.
